My name is Omer Yehuda Landau, married and father of 6 children. I have lived in Jerusalem for over a decade and believe that it is a great privilege to take part in its construction. If you wish, I would be happy to tell you personally about the variety of services in which I can help you, along with a quality team and professionals with whom I work in collaboration. After many years and gaining experience in all areas of maintenance and repairs, renovations and woodwork, along with experience in administrative management, I discovered the need for help for property owners such as rental apartments, building committee managers and institutions. I discovered this fact after a group of homeowners in Jerusalem approached me to operate the apartments they owned for them.
The service they requested came down to one fairly simple sentence for me: "We ask that you receive rent on time and that you involve us as little as possible."
