My name is Omer Yehuda Landau, I am married and have six children.

I have been working in Jerusalem for over a decade and believe it is a privilege to take part in the preservation, maintenance, and development of the houses and buildings in the city.

Over the years, I have gained practical experience in the fields of maintenance, renovations, woodworking, supplier management, and service system management. From my work in the field, I realized that apartment owners and condominium representatives are not only lacking a good professional - they are mainly lacking someone who takes responsibility.

This understanding was born when a group of apartment owners approached me and asked me to manage their properties and the house committee. When I asked them what was really important to them, they answered in one sentence:

"We want to get the rent on time, and be involved as little as possible."

This sentence has become the principle that guides us to this day.
