My name is Omer Yehuda Landau, married and father of 5 children. I have lived in Jerusalem for over a decade and believe that it is a great privilege to take part in its construction. If you would like, I would be happy to tell you personally about the variety of services I can help you with, along with a quality team and professionals with whom I work in collaboration. After many years and gaining experience in all areas of maintenance and repairs, woodwork and renovations, I discovered the need for help for apartment owners who rent out their properties. I discovered this fact after a group of homeowners in Jerusalem approached me to operate the apartments they owned for them.
The service they requested came down to one fairly simple sentence for me: "We ask that you receive rent on time and that you involve us as little as possible."
